- 1 good-looking pomegranate
- 1 plate (using a ceramic or glass-type plate adds to the sound quality)
- 1 sharp and non-serrated big knife
- your bare hands
Put the pomegranate on the plate. Knife it in half in one slow stroke down. You’re done with the knife. Then slowly pry it open, segment by segment, nudging off the seeds. Other than the ones you cut, they fall intact, clinking on your plate. Eat it all in handfuls.
